Sapling: (Start-up businesses with modest initial capital, a known target market, a specific business plan and growth model, seeking to attract capital and investors, and looking to develop the target market and product sales.)

Additionally, please submit a high-quality horizontal video, not exceeding 1 minute, covering self-introduction and presenting your idea.

(Participation in this section is mandatory to qualify for a full grant)
