The fifth issue of the Asian Mayors Forum Activity Report highlights AMF’s key activities and initiatives from January to March 2024.
During this period, AMF expanded its international partnerships through new Memoranda of Understanding with AIILSG and OANA, while strengthening cooperation with international and academic institutions. The Forum also advanced initiatives in smart cities, urban resilience, disaster management, and sustainable urban development.
The report highlights the designation of AMF’s 2024 Capital Cities, preparations for the 1st Asian Cities Startup Weekend, and initiatives supporting women’s participation, youth engagement, and capacity building, including the launch of the 5th AMF Internship Program and a Public Diplomacy Workshop.
