Rahim Sarhangi is a graduate of a specialized doctorate in business management from Sharif University of Technology, and his records include such things as the head of the Labor and Social Security Institute of the Ministry of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare, the director general of entrepreneurs and labor productivity, the deputy director of bank planning and development. Kish Island is a sports resort island in Bandar Langeh city, Hormozgan province in the south of Iran, located in the Persian Gulf. The population of the island is about 140,000 people and about 12 million tourists visit it every year. Kish Island is the third most visited holiday destination in the Middle East after Dubai and Sharm el-Sheikh. Tourists from many countries for which Iran usually requires a visa are exempted from obtaining a visa for Kish. This island has an area of 91.5 square kilometers and leads from the north to Iran, from the east to the Strait of Hormuz, from the south to the United Arab Emirates and from the west to the countries of Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
