As we are coming to the end of the year, I want to send you warm season greetings from the permanent Secretariat of Asian Mayors Forum in Tehran and wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I take the opportunity to express our readiness to pave the way for better cooperation between Asian Cities, according to our goals. We hope for global peace, welfare and prosperity; and we pray for our people who are suffering as a result of war, hunger, disease and losing their homes.
